Ski Trip - Details

As the ski trip is impending, I will provide some details about the area of Vallnord, the hotel in which we are staying, and the pistes on which we will ski.

 Finalized details.

1. We will be departing at 7:30am on the morning of the 24th of March from the school
2. We will be returning at approximately 1:00am on the 28th of March (To be confirmed on route)
3. We will be staying in Hotel MAGIC Massana which boasts being only 50 metres from the Gondola. (+34 376 876 900)

Documents

For the purpose of clarity, the documents necessary for this excursion will be detailed in Spanish.

1. Autorizacion para el Instituto.
2. Resgardos de ingresos bancarios a entregar por los alumnos en las fechas indicas
3. Los alumnos llevaran consigo:

• Fotocopia de la tarjeta o cartilla de la seguridad social o equivalente fuera de Espana (INSALUD, Adeslas, Sanitas, etc).
• Pasaporte o DNI en vigor con autorizacion por la policia o guardia civil para los menores de 18 anos para salir al extranjero.

Extra acivities

If the students arent too tired from skiing till their hearts are content, there will be extra activities availible for their enjoyment. One of these is this Spa. Caldea is the epitome of relaxation and contains several pools, saunas and hot tubs.

Students will also be given the opportunity to go shopping in Andorra La Vella on Wednesday or Thursday.
